The Cadence Low Volume insole is 5mm thick from heel to toe, offering contoured semi-flexible support with enhanced shock absorption for both the heel and forefoot. It features an arch height of 30mm, similar to the Original Orange, EX, and EX+MP models, but with a more flexible support shell. Designed with a wider forefoot to fit shoes with a broader toe box, this insole is suitable for individuals with low to high arches.

Perfect for those who need a thinner insole for low-volume footwear like dress shoes, flats, boots, and athleisure wear, the Cadence Low Volume helps alleviate and prevent common issues such as plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, shin splints, iliotibial band syndrome, Achilles tendonitis, and other foot, knee, and hip conditions.
